Preorder items ship in the time period above after their given release date. We may split your order into multiple shipments to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible.

Orders of $250 and up require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Contact customerservice@spearmintlove.com if you would like to request a shipping address change. We will make every effort to update your shipping address before the package ships. SpearmintLOVE is not responsible for missing packages due to an invalid or old address provided by the customer or a request for a change too late in the shipping process.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

International Orders

All international packages are shipped via USPS Mail. We provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery vary by country. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States and are not included in your order’s total. SpearmintLOVE assumes no responsibility for any import duties/customs charges and will not reship orders or refund shipping fees in the event that they are returned to us. International sales are final.

Return Policy

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund due to sizing issues after items have been washed.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, and damage

The return package must be postmarked back to us within seven calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items can be returned after this seven-day-timeframe for a store credit. Free shipping is not offered for returns. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order.

Returns over $300 will be issued a store credit and restocking fee of 10%.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.

If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email customerservice@spearmintlove.com with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase. 

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible.
