We offer free shipping on all products in the USA. Shipping times vary but most shipments will go out between 3 - 5 business days. All shipments ship from our Scottsdale, AZ warehouse. If there is a shipping wait it is noted in the individual listing. Any delivery dates provided by Spearmint LOVE are estimates. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready. SpearmintLOVE will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account page. If we have an issue with your order (I.e. damaged product) Customer service will reach out to you via email. You have 7 days to respond to the email. After that the item(s) in question will be canceled and refunded. All shipments go by way of USPS. We now offer priority shipping for a flat rate of $6. The cost of shipping will not be refunded in case of returns or exchanges.
All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received.
International Customers: We NOW SHIP to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout please email: email@example.com. We will send you a quote based on your preferred order/shipping destination. All international packages are shipped via USPS Mail. We will provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery are out of our control. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country. Customer is responsible for all import duties/customs charges. Though it is very unusual, refunds for lost packages are NOT provided so purchase at your own risk. If your package is delivered back to us for any reason we will not refund the shipping costs. Furthermore, if you want the package sent back out to you again you will have to pay for shipping again.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The cost of priority shipping will not be refunded in case of returns or exchanges. If a replacement is needed we can not send the replacement item until we have received the original product back. Beyond 7 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. If any items are damaged in any way, missing, or are incorrect in your order, Customer Service must be contacted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
All returns over $300 will be issued an in store credit & restocking fee of 10%.
No returns on pet products
Returned items must be unworn and UNWASHED. They must be returned in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or the tags have been removed it will not qualify for a return. Colors on prints and products may vary on the computer as to how they look in person. We will not offer a refund or a return label for items with this issue.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
